About the Role
The Porter is responsible, under the direction of the site manager, for cleaning and maintaining common areas of the community.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Cleaning and maintaining the following areas:
-Pool Area
-Hallways and Entry way
-Community Living/ Dining Room
-Laundry Rooms
-Bathrooms
-Trash Area
-Assist maintenance technician with work orders and preparing units for re-renting to new residents
Required Qualifications:
-Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in janitorial/ porter duties
-General understanding and knowledge of basic maintenance skills
-Possession of a valid California driving license
-Proof of auto insurance
-Reliable transportation
-Strong commitment to excellence and attention to detail
-Excellent customer service skills when speaking with residents and vendors
Preferred Qualifications:
-Experience working at an apartment complex
Compensation:
$19 Hourly
