The Principals of Solari Enterprises, Inc. have worked with Section 42 Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) properties since the inception of the program.

Solari Enterprises, Inc. has performed the complete lease-up and certification of more than 30 LIHTC properties to date. Our Tax Credit Consulting Division, led by Gianna Solari, is providing training and compliance monitoring services through audits and file repair to Owners, Managers and Equity Investors.

We are available for private Company training that can be designed to meet your specific needs. In order to help our clients maintain compliance we offer pre-move in applicant eligibility approval, file audits, file repair services and a telephonic question and answer service.

Pre-Move in Approval

This service provides you with a prompt review of an applicant's paperwork to determine if the applicant meets the program eligibility requirements, which qualifies them to move into your Community.

File Audits

The resident files are reviewed for Housing Credit compliance issues and a written report of findings and recommendations is provided.

File Repair

We review the resident files and make the necessary repairs to ensure compliance.

Q & A Telephonic Services

This service is available on a gratis basis to persons that have recently completed (within thirty days) the training or may be involved with one of our active audits.
