Johrita is a certified National Affordable Housing Management Professional-Executive; she also holds an active Real Estate license, serves of the Advisory Board of the Assisted Housing Management Insider and the Board of Directors of various industry associations.

Bruce Solari

Bruce is a licensed Real Estate Broker and General Contractor. He is a certified National Affordable Housing Management Professional-Executive. He serves on the Board of Advisors of the Assisted Housing Accounts and Audits Insider and is the Housing representative on the Advisory Board of the California State University, Fullerton Gerontology Department.

Gianna Solari

Gianna joined Solari Enterprises, Inc. in 1993. As Vice President, Operations of Solari Enterprises, Inc., Gianna works directly with the management of our entire portfolio, which consists of Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC), Section 8, 202, 236, 811 PRAC, Rental Housing Construction Program (RHCP), California Housing Finance Agency (CalHFA) and Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA). Her responsibilities include ensuring all regulatory compliance and operations obligations and are met. Along with the responsibility of maintaining Solari Enterprises’ compliance related issues, she interfaces with agencies and owners and monitors Fair Housing requirements.

Nationally, Gianna conducts and oversees LIHTC file audits and file repair work. She has completed resident file audits and file repairs for numerous management companies, state agencies and tax credit investors throughout the United States. Additionally, she is a Trainer for NAHMA’s Specialist in Housing Credit Management designation. In 2006 the Affordable Housing Management Association Pacific Southwest awarded Gianna its' highest honor,the Clive Graham Memorial Award for her deication and service to the affordable housing management industry.
