Bruce is a licensed Real Estate Broker and General Contractor. He is a certified National Affordable Housing Management Professional-Executive. He serves on the Board of Advisors of the Assisted Housing Accounts and Audits Insider and is the Housing representative on the Advisory Board of the California State University, Fullerton Gerontology Department.

Gianna Solari

Nationally, Gianna conducts and oversees LIHTC file audits and file repair work. She has completed resident file audits and file repairs for numerous management companies, state agencies and tax credit investors throughout the United States.
